there is a bar and restaurant downstairs which was convenient

a bit too noisy in the wee hours from the bar downstairs.

i did not like the look of the coffee shop which looked more like a bar so i did not go in.

gentle wake up call from the night auditor so i made my early hospital tests and allowing me a late check out if i needed extra time to head home

(-) my kids could feel the metal bars through the mattress (*) the springs were huge and made the bed awful for our kids to sleep on (-)in room, not putting enough tea bags and other amenities for 3 people, no especial welcoming to kids, and wrongly charging us for car park ( we didn t have a car)
