i wasn't going to be ready so i called the front desk for a late check out

was clean, the pool was relaxing

the pull out chair bed was very worn and they kids were very uncomfortable

even the housekeeping staff was lovely when we had to have a late check out

we were able to use the pool during our stay and had a lot of fun

i had a full kitchen with everything was stocked

when i came to check in, the people who preciously had the room i booked were going into a late check out, so it wasn't going to be ready for quite some time

need a late check out at least at 3 pm because i have an activity at 4 and need a place to shower and

some of equipment in gym and pool wasn't heated

the gym was a little small but otherwise it was nice

there are other fees associated with late check out, and eating breakfast in your room

they staff tried to kidnap my kids or made someone else a key to our room

although we didn't use the pool or gym, we checked them out and noticed the quality of them

the kids staying there were no supervised by parents

on drugs hanging out and harassing me and my kids while entering premises

he called security to my room after i requested a late check out while searching for my cell phone

twice, the cleaning staff knocked on my door to clean even though i had late check out and they should have been informed

double beds but when i arrived they said i only have 2 rooms with 1 king size bed while i have 2 kids how can i sleep the whole family in 1 bed

the breakfast buffet was awesome with plenty of variety and the kitchen staff was attentive to all of

a minor repair immediately, helped me during a brief area wide power outage, and gladly gave me a late check out

they didn't bring breakfast to room like they had on flyer given at desk

so beautifully the coffee table had so many great options with creamers and sweetness plenty of breakfast options and the staff was genuine and accommodating

the indoor pool was awesome and the location was very convenient to shops, the lake and

price; i ended up with migraine and desk allowed me a late check out to accomodate my illness.

we paid for the breakfast bar and it was really something that you don’t have to spend money on like a continental
