40 for late check out if u

i requested a late check out and i was told,

on our door at 10:30 telling us to leave when checkout wasn't till 11 and i had requested a late check out

had to sneak into the laundry room, which was left unlocked, to get more towels

guest laundry has a broken washer that need to be fixed.

we asked for a late check out and they gave us an extra hour

more options for breakfast that may take in account intolerances of certain foods, like gluten, etc

i wish there was hot breakfast

we like the room, it has two bed but we only need one ;breakfast was great

2 hour late check out was available for $40 usd which was awesome for the kids to play in pool before

i don't like eating with people i don't know and i had sleeping kids that i did not want to wake so early but i wanted them to eat

it's dirty, it's under construction so there's no pool, breakfast or gym

i liked that there was laundry service

no lids for the coffee, which was piping hot and the lady at the front desk had no change for the laundry facility

not have one piece of grass for dogs except little bit right beside busy road and i asked for a late check out and he said no

the little kitchen was nice and so was the fridge..

remote control car to didn't work. no kitchenette,7am call for no reason... etc

no kitchen as advertised for king suite, microwave was rusty, peeling inside, and dirty

they were accommodating when needed a late check out as well

very clean , easy on /off galveston trolleys , free to get around in summer , walking distance to water park and moody gardens

laundry was upstairs

the kids loved the minigolf and the pool so much we went everyday

else was nice, thanks for the awesome breakfast

pleased that they have a laundry room onsite so no having to travel home with wet stinky clothes

although we hadn't planned to get in the pool closest to us, it was out of service and we didn't know

the pool wasn't clean. also it closed before it's time.

really loved the property the only thing i wish that the unit had was a private laundry or at least a dryer

the wonderful front desk clerk gave us a late check out when we weren't feeling well

as our first baseball game on sunday was not until 3 pm, they not only accommodated a late check out, but allowed us to come back between games and hang out in their air conditioned

i did see kids inside the gym playing with weights with their grandma

the breakfast was okay but not real tasty.

it is convenient to have the laundry room and that was one of the reasons i chose to stay at the hampton

we enjoyed the pool and our morning walks around the neighboring lake

nothing they were rude from the time we got there they were rude when we asked to have a late check out because there was so much noise on the floor all night they even overcharged
