they let us do late check out.

it was clean, the amenities are fantastic: great pool, pool bar, ocean, and a homemade breakfast

location, the pool, the bar & food were all great

quite a while to get service at the bar was only four people at the bar including us 2 and the waitress was eating ice with her hand

loved our view, the kids absolutely loved the pool even tho it was freezing lol and the front desk lady was beyond

delicious complimentary breakfast, late check out at noon.

water machine in the gym was not working, and there was no other water dispenser

breakfast exceeded my expectations, there was something for everyone in my family including

the guest laundry was not working and there was a rather large bug in our bathroom.

as our first baseball game on sunday was not until 3 pm, they not only accommodated a late check out, but allowed us to come back between games and hang out in their air conditioned

i did see kids inside the gym playing with weights with their grandma

the breakfast was okay but not real tasty.

it is convenient to have the laundry room and that was one of the reasons i chose to stay at the hampton

we enjoyed the pool and our morning walks around the neighboring lake
