nothing they were rude from the time we got there they were rude when we asked to have a late check out because there was so much noise on the floor all night they even overcharged

the room was so nice and clean, felt super safe and they accommodated our late check out

other guests smoking around pool made it unusable for our asthmatic children, when these things were reported to desk they were

more than ample parking, easy check in and out

the swimming pool was awesome as well as the hot tub

not have one piece of grass for dogs except little bit right beside busy road and i asked for a late check out and he said no

the little kitchen was nice and so was the fridge..

no kitchen as advertised for king suite, microwave was rusty, peeling inside, and dirty

remote control car to didn't work. no kitchenette,7am call for no reason... etc

as our first baseball game on sunday was not until 3 pm, they not only accommodated a late check out, but allowed us to come back between games and hang out in their air conditioned

complimentary breakfast was excellent

they changed the breakfast up a little on the 2nd day which was great both days

the kids enjoyed the pool

our kids really loved the service and they were so patient

wasn’t much to like besides the bed was comfy and late check out

pool was supposedly cleaned upon check in but saw same materials floating in pool 2 days later

it had a nice kitchen fully stocked with essentials

also, they offer on site laundry facilities at no charge, which was perfect under the circumstances

very friendly and accommodated a late check out because i worked all night

employee that checked us in was very friendly, we asked for an hour late check out, he said no problem, the room was nice and

on our door at 10:30 telling us to leave when checkout wasn't till 11 and i had requested a late check out

i requested a late check out and i was told,

guest laundry has a broken washer that need to be fixed.

i will definitely be returning in the very near future, and when i do, i plan to benefit from the laundry room as well
