i was granted an extra late check out hour~ very clean property too

it was so close to freeway and nothing to the property beauty wise pool or anything

quiet area, not too far from the casino, wineries and downtown temecula

very nice accommodations. we had to leave at 6:45am but the breakfast looked good served at 7am.

just looking forward to breakfast being available once covid restrictions are lifted

as instant compensation, he offered a late check out, which was greatly appreciated

excellent amenities, great breakfast, clean, nice outdoor pool.

there’s a kitchen in the suite and laundry facilities that we would have definitely used if we stayed longer

offered a lot of amenities, such as a pool, patio, fire side seating by the patio, laundry, and gym

breakfast, some of it was good (waffles)

front desk staff were really nice and helpful with a late check out

the beds are very comfy. the staff is great. they let us do a late check out no problem at all

all my stuff worth over 500 dollars even though we haven’t checked out plus we were given a late check out

the late check out time was also nice

the room was clean and had a old coffee machine. they also let us have a 30mins. late check out.

the two grandkids love the pool i love the pool and the beds were so comfortable i didn't want to get up

friendly staff. big and clean room. comfortable bed. great breakfast.

the free breakfast buffet was the nicest i've seen and all you can eat

great stay loved the early check in and late check out.

there is a full bar and a cool grab and go snack area

ample rooms, great rooftop bar with views of the area.

if parking through the back is a long path through the pool area and isn’t convenient so you basically have to park in the front regardless

rooftop bar hasn’t been open since covid

very nice suite with plenty of room. kitchen was great for easy cooking.

the bed was like a cloud. i liked the little extras in the kitchen.

the pool area was being used as a storage area for building materials and was also off limits

pool was a bit dirty, carpets too

they offer a late check out @3:00 for $50 so that made it a really relaxing

that they allow late check out for a very low fee.

i checked in late around 21:30 just asked the guy could you give me late check out @12:00 in morning

as well as the laundry facility not working

was no late check out available, so i paid for an extra night just to have a couple extra hours of rest

pool and jacuzzi couldn't be used

my only suggestion would be to improve the sports bar and the gift shop

ask during the booking to have a late check out to 1pm instead of noon and one d there i was told by the manager that it was not

having a bistro, starbucks and bar downstairs was awesome

had a lot of amenities (gym, pool, starbucks)

clean environment. great staff , love the pool and hot tub available.

surrounding areas to much industrial which is good if stay for work, but not enough for kids to do around area
