clean room in good repair .we got a late check out, so that was cool

they were able to give me a late check out with a minimal fee

pool was closed. no elevator.

the front desk refused to honor my early check in and wanted to charge me 86 more dollars

very much appreciated being able to check in early and late check out

breakfast was good but the same thing was served every day. variety would be nice

the breakfast was great also thanks to the efficiency of the staff

there was basically a full kitchen minus an oven

great walk in shower head along with a full size kitchen and easy access for parking

great stay loved the early check in and late check out.

the gym is well equipped looking forward to my next visit

customer service, conveniently located, and had plenty of parking (+ev chargers which were an added bonus)

clean and comfortable. pool, spa & a nice fire pit provided. restaurant downstairs.

during covid19 the pool, gym, and food was not available.

the bathroom smelt like an old gym

the breakfast and location were both excellent

as instant compensation, he offered a late check out, which was greatly appreciated

there was a good variety of food for breakfast

having the living area and little kitchen area was also a plus

ran out of waffle mix for breakfast.

the beds are very comfy. the staff is great. they let us do a late check out no problem at all

front desk staff were really nice and helpful with a late check out

gisela at the reception desk was wonderful and arranged a late check out so our teen basketball player could shower after the tournament

i also liked that i had the pool view from my room so i can keep an eye on my teenagers

i was concerned with the wifi. did not get a feeling it was secure.

the pool area was nice but the pool itself needs a deep clean

really enjoyed that parking was free, breakfast was available, and free late check out before 12pm

wonderful breakfasts and dining area, exceptionally clean rooms, wonderful spa, love the pool in warmer weather, location is perfect right off i5, we love it here and stay

breakfast was great for the price because we enjoyed fresh fruit, coffee, and kids had fresh waffles with fresh fruit, which was great for me on a budget

was advertised that there was a pool and a jacuzzi, but it was out of order

the staff was friendly and the breakfast had more vegan options than anywhere else i've stayed

we also appreciated a late check out that coordinated with our train schedule

our family loved relaxing by the pool, strolling around the nearby town, and eating a delicious meal inside the on-site restaurant

if i would have paid for a late check out i wouldn't have gotten any sleep

i like the serf packages and restaurant and bar upstairs

property has a great vibe, bar and restaurant located upstairs

it's right under the cantina, so it can be loud (movements upstairs) when the bar was open.

the only staff you see is a maid or 2 and the workers at the bar above the hotel

they offer a late check out @3:00 for $50 so that made it a really relaxing

that they allow late check out for a very low fee.

i checked in late around 21:30 just asked the guy could you give me late check out @12:00 in morning
