i checked in late around 21:30 just asked the guy could you give me late check out @12:00 in morning

hot water system was slow to warm up; microwave was in a common room; “laundry services” means offsite facilities to find on your own

kids didn’t want to go in the kids spa because it felt about as cold as the pool
