twice, the cleaning staff knocked on my door to clean even though i had late check out and they should have been informed

he called security to my room after i requested a late check out while searching for my cell phone

online and stuff with my friends after i get back to the room and watch movies with my wife the wifi was a little spiky at times but overall things were ok

when i came to check in, the people who preciously had the room i booked were going into a late check out, so it wasn't going to be ready for quite some time

need a late check out at least at 3 pm because i have an activity at 4 and need a place to shower and

some of equipment in gym and pool wasn't heated

the gym was a little small but otherwise it was nice

stayed at another home 2suits and the room had a kitchenette which included a small stove and adequate utensils

kitchen was fully stocked and pool was really clean

kitchen sink was clogged up and nasty

i wasn't going to be ready so i called the front desk for a late check out

location is close to breakfast and dinner locations. no need to drive

two adults and two kids and only given 2 towels

i also requested a late check out and the morning clerk was very accommodating as we were there to have cancer surgery

everything about our stay was great the room, the staff, the hotel and breakfast

i asked for a late check out and was told that in order to get a late check out which would only be to 11:30 i

service was terrible had a motorcycle breakdown asked for late check out and they told me they would charge me $25 take it out of my deposit said no and try

i requested for a late check out because of this however i was thrown out of my room promptly at 11 am and they gave

you have to take your own laundry to the laundry room because they don’t change them unless you’re getting the entire

the staff was very courteous and pleasant. i did use the mini gym once but not much more.

the sheets were cleaned, the kitchen was not cleaned, the bathroom was not cleaned, there was visible mold on one of the doors,

the late check out.

was no kleenex in the room, only one bar of soap, and two smallish bath towels

the pool was always closed for maintenance even though i saw people in it
