i was in vail for surgery, and they accommodated early check-in and a late check out

the entire staff, from valet, reception, house keeping & room service was fantastic

only prob was room service was arbitrarily cancelled for 1 morning due to lack of staff and one of the in house

i went up to the front desk and asked for a late check out and didn't get it i was locked out of my room after coming back from eating

upon checkout, the front desk wanted to charge me double for a late check out

was alone and i actually enjoyed the noise but the laundry room was on all night and morning

close to the highway and surrounding areas. late check in, and late check out. lovely staff.
