late check out was easy to arrange

upon checkout, the front desk wanted to charge me double for a late check out

the staff allowed an early check in and late check out

i went up to the front desk and asked for a late check out and didn't get it i was locked out of my room after coming back from eating

they have an outdoor pool and hot tub

super accommodating letting us have a late check out

great breakfast

and this is the only place we have been to that let's you do laundry for free

and very tasty breakfast

the amenities are just right: freshly cooked breakfast every morning, guest kitchen and laundry for your use, jacuzzi, and entertainment area (living room) to watch shows or

kitchen had everything we needed, even paper towels and dish tabs

entertainment was compliant, we had access to multiple channels, the baloncy had an amazing view, shuttle services were great, front desk and customer service were friendly, hospitable, caring,

they were incredible with helping me find another night and with late check out

there’s a large outdoor pool (closed during our visit), a small heated indoor pool, and a gym

the pool was under maintenance and couldn't use it

check in was a breeze and they were able to accommodate an early check in for us

i couldn’t get gym equipment to work

to all the restaurants and shops, staff is amazing and provided me with a mountain view room and late check out, breakfast included, i ll be back

i was running a race and they gave me a late check out so i could shower

a few days of skiing, it was wonderful to be able to go for a swim, use the hot spa and sauna

staff was wonderful the room was clean the hot tub and pool were swesome

the breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast bar was kept well supplied with a lot of variety

close to the highway and surrounding areas. late check in, and late check out. lovely staff.

swimming pool was a little cold, and the outside hot tub was full of leaves.

we were pleasantly surprised that the family suite had an actual bunk room for the kids

complimentary hot/cold breakfast is better than most i've had in several years at other more expensive hotels

breakfast choices were slim.
