room was really nice and big and they were very accomodating with late check in and late check out

breakfast and late check out are good

also facilated late check out when requested

late check out was only extended by 30 minutes and had to wake up by 7 to request and breakfast

the pool had too much chlorine.

not so much didn t like but it would have been really nice to have room service

person at the front desk was so nice and accomodating with our early and late check out

being across from golf course, the bamboo trees around pool, the uplift the spirit theme on the shuttle, helpfulness

rooms were well done, it had very positive vibes, the pool area was wonderful and it was in a great location in long beach

the pool area is so appealing that we barely wanted to leave it

they have a peloton bike in the gym that was ideal

i would have liked it if the breakfast was served until 10 am.

i visited the gym and that was clean as well, all the machines worked great

enjoyed the breakfast and gym every day

receptionist was very helpful in giving me a late check out as i was unwell

complaint was no towels at the pool and maybe a couple more towels in the room, other than that everything was great

pool wasn't well maintained, but for our trip, it didn't matter

this fit the hotel that i needed and a perk was the breakfast

dont like that the rooms surround the pool so it can get quite loud if people / kids are

were staying for the night to run a half marathon the next morning and they allowed us to have a late check out so we could come back and shower
