they accommodated a late check out for me

couldn’t sleep till 3am, called for late check out, 12 pm is the latest otherwise $25

asked for a late check out and they gladly accepted.

my son absolutely loved the pool

that they let me do a late check out.

having an onsite washer and dryer was a great plus for that last minute laundry

i called in the day before to request an early check in and it was done

no early check in. staff terrible. rooms cheap and cold.

desk staff was friendly and accommodated an early check in

bathroom door knob was ripped from the door, but for that inconvenience, we were able to have a late check out

the late check out came in very handy. that was the best part about the stay.

pool is pretty, lights up at night

the pool area is so appealing that we barely wanted to leave it

requested an early check in and they were able to accommodate us which was great

the security features make you feel very safe, the breakfast is awesome, and the hotel staff are all very friendly

we love that they had breakfast as well which is something we didn’t know when we booked

the gym doesn't have a lot to offer.
