late check out could be longer, and the pool would have been more welcoming, if it was heated

get rid of carpet in the rooms, heat the pool, and late check out being extended.

allowed us late check out at 1pm to ease our transfer to lax

they also gave us a complimentary late check out which made our day much easier

staff are amazing and they were very obliging with a late check out

westin weekends is a great option if you're flexible on sunday check out day - you can request late check out and hang out at the pool for the afternoon or just laze in your room

wished the room service had a la cart options.
