appreciated the customer service where my late check out was facilitated

they could not let me do a late check out but they let you stay in the facilities (beach, pool, etc) and they offer a (+)fabulous location, decent restaurants, helpful staff and excellent late check out system.

we were told we could not pay for late check out as someone was coming into our room, yet we saw that the room was available for

they accommodated a late check out to 1pm which was a bonus

we found both pools quiet, clean & great for our kids

kids to like pools but it doesn't make it easier to sleep

liked the bar and beach, superb for kids and the location works well for cheap eats and breakfasts

were so considerate of the safety of kids

dover beach hotel accommodated our request for adjoining rooms, facilitated our request for a late check out, and attended to any issue immediately

adjacent bar i ordered banana daiquiri and they do not know the recipe as i got something ridiculously

a view of the turquoise sea and a good kitchenette

the manager organised a late check out - i moved rooms but was delighted about this as it meant i could enjoy the hotel

hotel right on beautiful beach, helpful staff, good food, lovely swimming pool. all was perfect.

laundry room on site, the reef restaurant food was excellent , loved the fish tacos and of course

jacuzzis, mostly adults, great security, buses right outside, grocery stores nearby, two pools right beside ocean, lap pool, friendly ambiance

‘do not disturb’ / ready for cleaning signs would be good for the room unable to use cash at bar food in restaurant was only ok and

on our final day we requested a late check out which was no hassle at all, reducing the stress of our long travel home

the grounds are beautifully kept, and the staff and all departments from the front desk, to the bar and restaurant, to the housekeeping and management is superb
