my negative covid airport test results, as they allow access to the hotel facilities such as pool and restaurant so you don't feel like a prisoner

there but another room nearby was offered & were given some free drinks at the bar & allowed free late check out as way of compensation which was a very nice touch

outdoor bar by the pool was hardly ever staffed and someone from staff had to come out from dining area to take orders

pool or beach towels & free tickets for sun-beds on the nearby beach were also offered free of

the outside area has been upgraded and improved making it a joy whether lying by the pool, having a drink at the bar, or just relaxing in the seating area

of our stay and they arranged for another room so i could rest while the children played in the pool and enjoyed the activities of the lounge

staff was very helpful and hotel was very accommodating to our late check out

they could not let me do a late check out but they let you stay in the facilities (beach, pool, etc) and they offer a (+)fabulous location, decent restaurants, helpful staff and excellent late check out system.

room was bright and airy, bath and pool towels were luxurious, beds very comfortable

i would recommend booking a bungalow in the annex we had 3 double bedrooms and a huge kitchen
