the manager organised a late check out - i moved rooms but was delighted about this as it meant i could enjoy the hotel

loved the location, transportation is right outside, the whirlpool was wonderful to relax in along with the pool

beach towels daily or as often as you needed them, outside of hotel was keep clean and tidy, pool and pool side and

a/c worked well, the kitchenette was well equipped and the water pressure excellent

the bar waitress could have been nicer

they accommodated a late check out to 1pm which was a bonus

were a family of 5 myself and my wife there for her 60th with our grown up kids staff make a hotel and theirs are the best we have stayed at sandals several times next door

we were told we could not pay for late check out as someone was coming into our room, yet we saw that the room was available for

if i had a late check out i would have been charged 50us dollars per hour

there but another room nearby was offered & were given some free drinks at the bar & allowed free late check out as way of compensation which was a very nice touch

the pool is on the small size due to the building layout but it’s great for cooling off and for

they could not let me do a late check out but they let you stay in the facilities (beach, pool, etc) and they offer a (+)fabulous location, decent restaurants, helpful staff and excellent late check out system.
