i needed a late check out and they were accommodating by having me change my service fee into a membership,

very clean room, staff were very nice. no heated pool? no jacuzzi.

use the elevator and it concerned us about the safety of the elevator, especially as our young kids often press the buttons

light was broken when we got there late at night with two kids and brushed in a dark

i checked in late at night around 11pm

we showed up later than our scheduled check in time, but the front desk was absolutely understanding and very

they did allow a late check out so we couldn’t shower once it was back on

i loved the balcony & the late check out was a plus!

hot bkfst, city closed kitchen, iffy wi-fi, stain on sheet, no laundry bag for used clothes, pool and spa closed, sink stopper missing so sink would not hold

they don't hassle you for late check out either

coffee machine was not working and we weren t able to order any room service

so i didn t take advantage of some of the amenities, like the pool on the 2nd floor or the gym, but the room was impeccable

location the spa in the room the lady at the front desk was really awesome sweet nice and it was really quiet

easy check in with a $5 deposit for the key, room was nice and spa tub was very nice.
