the room was in a family wing and had noisy kids next door all day and most of the night

we had a family on each side of our room and all we could hear was their kids running back and forth into the room and slamming the door

the pool had not been used for years which was a huge disappointment to all the kids

liked the ease with which i got an extension for late check out for 1 of the 2 rooms, by 3 hours

those are limited so that was understandable and a late check out is beyond hotel s control

i had an early meeting and then later event

room was quiet small for 2 adults and 2 kids and a bit dusty

but no room service, no bathrobes and the self parking was a little confusing and bureaucratic

staff were kind and offered us a late check out because we arrived after midnight

there isn t a pool

i came in early ( 11 am ) to drop off my bag but erica allowed me to check in so that i could leave my bag in

none, say improvement to bring back the swimming pool.

everthing else was wonderful except the amount of chlorine in the pool

the hotel also boasts a swimming inside pool, perfect for some fun-filled water activities with the kids

the cooked to order breakfast was very good but the menus provided never mentioned a kids selections although they were available

there wasn't any noise from other rooms and they were very accommodating to our late check out

the website it shows a picture of a pool nowhere on the website to tell me the pool was closed

the location is great and the breakfast is always wonderful

i also liked the kitchen where we made lunch and stored beverages

under the assumption the hotel i was staying at had a place to sit outside with a fire pit and a bar like the pictures showed on the website

hotel is located in the center of a recreation area with really nice restaurants, activities for kids in the lake and lots of shops including a target

i arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon and the restaurant was closed, no room service

cleaning crew kept knocking on the door after we explained to them that we had a late check out

we liked the staff who were so helpful, enjoyed the late check out

housekeeping didn't clean my room one day and had to call repeatedly to get room serviced

the location of the hotel was walkable to where i wanted to go. the pool was really nice too!

central location in real neighborhood; switched us to a king without up charge and gracious about late check out

service is fantastic at lyle dc - jonny at the front desk offered a late check out at short notice as well

checkout is 12:00pm and we took advantage of late check out at 2:00pm

every night the roof top bar would play very loud music, the base was relentless

rooms were very large and beautifully appointed the hotel has a fantastic speakeasy and a rooftop bar that is out of this world

it’s obviously a small hotel so there’s no pool or gym but it has a great roof top bar and cocktail bar as well as a restaurant
