late check out on new years

gym was a bit small and with not much equipment.

rooms are clean and nice, also small pool in the hotel was a good fun for kids

i really like the morning breakfast, very convenience with four kids

the pool had not been used for years which was a huge disappointment to all the kids

i had an early meeting and then later event

liked the ease with which i got an extension for late check out for 1 of the 2 rooms, by 3 hours

those are limited so that was understandable and a late check out is beyond hotel s control

no pool! my kids were so disappointed!

only 4 devices on the wifi no room service at night 3 bath towels for a party of 4 people

staff were kind and offered us a late check out because we arrived after midnight

no pool as advertised gym could use a few yoga mats so guests can hit the floor i brought all of this to the attention of

the gym was small but convenient as open 24 hours.

are a very health conscious which is great but when on a family trip with kids the menu is a challenge and snack selection

seems kind of dangerous for me with two kids by myself

room was smaller than it was supposed to be, my kids had to sleep in the floor.

i wish the bar was open a little longer but that was just so we could have a night cap before we turned in

quietest hotels i have ever stayed at - room 408 good restaurant on sight, and also an incredible gym with plenty of free weights, squat racks, etc - cross fit classes in the am

unfortunately the spa services were not available on my night of stay.

if it is to supply wifi, they may as well charge for light and water as well

they allowed late check out with no problems and were very friendly. really staff is great
