great staff- enable late check out due to flight

the breakfast, staff, room, location and cleanliness were all great

it had a fantastic kitchenette and modern amenities

the kitchen area was modern with everything you could possibly think of to cook with and serve on

nothing. very nice hotel and the kitchen was spotless

our first greeter on reception was really nice, he organised for a late check out which helped us out a lot

booked the night before to ensure a room would be available for our early arrival and asked for a late check out to continue our trip

was very nice that 'late check out' was possible, as our flight out of ewr wasn't until 5:35

suite had everything, great space, really clean, comfortable beds, excellent tvs and free wifi

the breakfast staff was very efficient and friendly

sadly there was no ability to have a late-night bite- you had to order fast food from uber eats

people on our floor kids running the hallways and screaming from room to room

additionally, we had small kids and at 9:30 pm someone was vacuuming in the hallway outside our room

bar says they can serve alcohol after the bar closes but front desk says they don't have the key so

clean and convenient, lady at the reception gave us a late check out.

there are no safety cameras in the gym, when you excercise alone it can feel a bit scary

breakfast room service order was mishandled, but a senior person quickly came to our room and fixed it
