late check out, no problem

i asked for a late check out and the receptionist said is ok, later he became so rude because a arrived 2 hours

to some special needs i asked about and was able to assign me a good room location and a late check out for my circumstances

excellent customer service, great onsite restaurant and a nice pool.

pool were not working

plenty of parking, very clean and had a nice breakfast.

only thing i would mention is there is the pool nearby, so it might be a little loud if kids are too playful
