late check out, no problem

i asked for a late check out and the receptionist said is ok, later he became so rude because a arrived 2 hours

extremely helpful with a late check out and valet was amazing. breakfast made the morning great.

if you’re a parent traveling with kids, i would 100% recommend this hotel
