knowing that we were exhausted they gave us a late check out (noon)

from the sales department, and gave us and other guests some nice perks - breakfast tokens and laundry detergent at no charge

had to clean hair and something brown out of the tub and throw away a used bar of soap with hair on it

she knocked on my door and got me a late check out when i dozed off before time

the room was clean and had enough towels. breakfast is ok

i think price was overrated for no extras. swim pool,sauna and/or hot tub.

didn’t have breakfast but it looked amazing and it was awesome you had water and yogurt available

it totally ruined our plans for celebrating the kc chief’s super bowl parade with our kids, a waste of $200+

breakfast was outstanding. location was perfect for attending an event at t-mobile arena.
