3 of us are running a half marathon so i asked for a late check out, was told i have to ask at 8 am, because she doesn’t know anything about late

the walk to the pool

had a great stay at this property out door pool amazing air flow , just didn’t have free

would have been nice to get pool passes for the extra kids we were visiting with

to covid-19 no coffee, no breakfast, no pool

the next morning we went to the front desk to confirm our late check out time of 3-4 pm and the front desk said we couldn’t do it

everything was amazing. location, cleanliness, decor, breakfast, staff, etc..

didn’t have breakfast but it looked amazing and it was awesome you had water and yogurt available

breakfast was great. staff super friendly.

she was so sweet to my kids and helped us with the pancake machine

beautiful bar that was open until 11pm, last call at 10:45pm

the staff at the front desk and bar were extremely nice

good location right across street to ku ned center rooms looked just like new very clean breakfast included was very good had great variety of hot foods like scrambled eggs bacon sausage

service prompt and courteous food hot drinks at bar perfect checking in was a breeze checking out even easier valet service above and beyond i left

we were able to get a late check out and to top it off an actual hot breakfast of pancakes, waffles, biscuits and gravy

hotel had everything from a gym and pool

, the breakfast bar options were much more than i had expected and the food was very good

also need to have more towels available for pool first thing in morning

i needed a place with a shuttle to/from airport and i used it to get picked up at the car rental place and to get to my

great customer service and the option for late check out.

wifi was signal was too weak

pool wasn t open, was told missouri had a law in place about swimming when the water was too cold

the breakfast was fine

first 2 rooms smelled like a gym

i really appreciate the staff and the process for getting an early/late check out was easy

the hotel was clean, the kids liked the pool and the staff were friendly.

staff were mean. from front desk to housekeeping kitchen was nasty.
