the next morning we went to the front desk to confirm our late check out time of 3-4 pm and the front desk said we couldn’t do it

everything was amazing. location, cleanliness, decor, breakfast, staff, etc..

she was so sweet to my kids and helped us with the pancake machine

it totally ruined our plans for celebrating the kc chief’s super bowl parade with our kids, a waste of $200+

everything was available, hot breakfast, all day coffee, water, tea, extremely helpful personal

i got a late check out just to spend some more time in it

modern building friendly staff that greeted us with snacks for the kids

last time they offered my kids a welcome snack and it really made check in special

he even helped us arrange details to make our trip special for the kids

the bakery did not offer a lot either and we were disappointed the spa wasn t open

got late check out but they were kind of weird about it

the bar could stay open later though than 10pm

the hotel was super clean, good amenities (gym), and good location

the staff at the front desk and bar were extremely nice

bit disappointed that the bar and restaurant were not open when we were there over monday night -- only weekends at this

3 of us are running a half marathon so i asked for a late check out, was told i have to ask at 8 am, because she doesn’t know anything about late

the room we got was real clean pool view

it's not real nice but it's a good deal and i'm not very fancy nice pool lots of stuff nearby

not a big deal but i had to ask what time breakfast was and where the gym was and where the pool was

i liked the gym and the garage parking.

they allowed us a late check out do to cold weather and timing of doctor appointment

pet fee, breakfast was not heated properly
