i've ever known any motel check out time it's always been 11am and at a nicer motel u can request late check out and they usually give ununtil noon, apparently this doesn't qualify as a nicer motel

i booked a king suite that was supposed to include a spa bath

stated it came with a relaxing spa, there wasn't one

everything was wonderful but every time i reserve my room the spa lights never work

was extremely impressed and grateful for the office staff willing to make accommodations for my early check in request as well as personally providing a tour of the upgraded suite i eventually

i needed a late check out and the manager was accomadating.

easy check in with a $5 deposit for the key, room was nice and spa tub was very nice.

i didn't have the breakfast but they did give me a late check out so i was ok with that.

they advertised breakfast, but you had to carry the food up to your room

one young girl allowed a late check out and another one who was an older asian woman and very rude wanted to charge us

there was no pool available, which could be a downside in warmer months

the pool looks like it is seldom cleaned with broken chairs etc, so it is probably never used by

and please clean out the pool, so we can fully enjoy it

was very courteous and friendly, no hesitation in upgrading us for a late check out, i would stay here again if i was going to santa anita

the gym was almost constantly in a pool of water from a room above leaking

were very accommodating as we needed early check in and late check out

there’s a full kitchen in the room, very helpful if you are traveling with family

the room was very comfortable with a complete kitchen

nice to have a kitchen that had supplies to cook if needed providing dishwasher and a 2-burner stove
