we got in almost at mid-night and asked for a late check out which was noon and staff both said yes

sunday morning somebody parked behind me with a big truck and blocked me in my parking space so that i was late getting to church

wifi was not available for me and the price went up staff was not to friendly

they don't hassle you for late check out either

i slept well and the management was tolerate of my late check out.

they dont work with late check out, even with the hotel empety of guests.

front desk should have rang the room phone, and deffinately should have answered, as i called for late check out

the staff were delightful and very accomodating with early check in and late check out.

says that there are constructions ob site or that the hot tob and pool are closed, especialy in a spa hotel

also the pool was under construction while we stayed so we couldn't use it

i checked in late at night around 11pm

one young girl allowed a late check out and another one who was an older asian woman and very rude wanted to charge us
