a phone call at 11 am saying i had to check out then and the best i could have was a 10 min late check out or else pay for another whole day

love how big the rooms are and it has a separate kitchen and very spacious bathrooms most motels i've been staying in the actual bathroom is tiny

washer&dryer& at least one set of pots and pans and cookware and plates cups and utensils for the kitchenette rooms but the walmart is very close by

the kitchen did not include any utensils or amenities to help during our stay

the beds were very comfortable and the room even had a kitchenette (faucet needs upgraded)

was up to date, they gave us leprechauns a late check out

know about everything when i arrived and disliked questions about location of things like laundry & ice machines or how to get to the pool

great size flat screen tv and had a lot of channels (awesome movie channels for our kids) we had a great view of the pool area

i didn't have the breakfast but they did give me a late check out so i was ok with that.

and i requested a late check out time and jr said no get out now

when the shuttle dropped me off, i couldn't see any restaurants for supper or breakfast and was a bit

was clean, easy parking, great hotel room, easy check in, and great people working here

out lobby was welcoming and clean our room was clean and had plenty of toiletries the outside pool was clean , with plenty of clean towels

don't like the fact that when you pay for late check out at 1:00 and you go somewhere at 11:00 and come back in your keys don't work i think

no room service, beds are small and outdated. no valet, no bell service.

i love the late check out policy. being able to stay till 3 pm for an extra $25 is amazing.

not to love about a spacious hotel room, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy bed, and a giant balcony to e joy beautiful california weather

i've ever known any motel check out time it's always been 11am and at a nicer motel u can request late check out and they usually give ununtil noon, apparently this doesn't qualify as a nicer motel

stated it came with a relaxing spa, there wasn't one

everything was wonderful but every time i reserve my room the spa lights never work

i booked a king suite that was supposed to include a spa bath

great staff as well who allowed for late check out at no extra cost

asked for late check out and they honored it

super helpful staff - went the extra mile and offered reduced price late check out for us.

there was laundry machines and drying machines, which were convenient

the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were nice. love the free parking.

air conditioning had a laundry room was so handy with 5 kids

they let us have a late check out and keep our car parked at the hotel the rest of the
