until i ask about it on day three night two of my stay because i had children and needed my room service as i noticed they did not come after the first night

hotel is located in the center of a recreation area with really nice restaurants, activities for kids in the lake and lots of shops including a target

i enjoyed the late check out

the adjusting bed firmness was a nice touch. the kids enjoyed the pool.

the cooked to order breakfast was very good but the menus provided never mentioned a kids selections although they were available

out of waffle batter every time we wanted to make waffles we came for a weekend get away with my kids and the things that went wrong kinda made it not so fun for the

fact that there's no room service on the weekend and that my fire stick couldn't connect to the hotel's wifi

front desk was helpful and beds were comfy. they have us a late check out too

i thought that the breakfast could have stayed open beyond 10am since it was a weekend.

breakfast was very good, the selection of breakfast foods was amazing and the hot food was hot as

room darkening drapes, only sheer drapes in room, so parking lot lights keep room lit all night, and no privacy
