from front desk being rude to roach infested building pool has never been cleaned probably in the last 10 years

also, the pool is lime, green infested, probably all sorts of bugs and animals in that and it should be

the sliding bathroom door was nice and the staff was extremely helpful, giving us a late check out with no hassle

pool wasn't warm during my stay.
