accommadated my request to a higher floor and late check out

our party requested a late check out due to a medical emergency of one of the members of our group

requested late check out and was given to 1pm

for late check out, and they just weren't incredibly helpful with that, the girl on the phone sounded

i also wanted a late check out at noon but the staff never answered my texts

staff at the front desk were very friendly and professional plus they did give me a late check out that i needed most

the property was very nice , and very fancy ! room service and the staff were great !

check in experience with jessie joe, friendly and made our life so much easier by allowing us a late check out when he heard that our flight out was late the following evening

we drank at the bar and the bartender was so friendly and helpful

architecture, great location for family with small kids/tourists since the hotel is right in the downtown, just a minute walk to all restaurants /city

the pool was not open, the gym is 24 hrs and it was clean

staff was great getting us checked in early and when we need a late check out last minute they were very accommodating and gave us all our options

the nightly parking rate was reasonable for the location and the room service was also excellent

to the gym and pool from the north tower, sign says 4th floor, no mention you need to go to the central

location, staff, room, amenities, breakfast, check-in and check-iout process. amazing stay.

screaming kids at pool & parents didn t care, even after being told it was disruptive.

also a late check out because i had a late flight and was accommodated at no extra cost

our drinks at the bar took a bit, but that was no big deal!

the bar tender was fantastic

there were 7 of us (family) adults and kids and everyone had a ball

wish the bar was open a couple hours longer

they allowed me to have a late check out 1pm, this was great.

the breakfast was very good. the location i really did like the location.

the beds were comfortable,the facility was clean and the breakfast was delicious

not clean ,was not up to date did not honor my late check out even after i showed them the approved email from the booking

expecting a hot breakfast, but the breakfast i got the cinnamon rolls were stale

i stepped out of the shower water was pooling on the floor water

no complaints. i didnt see if they had a pool or fitness center.

was bummed pool wasn't open and didn't see a spa
