elder brook house adjoins the new inn pub and we really enjoyed popping through to the friendly bar and having a pint of well kept ale

i had made an error with my booking and they sorted it immediately and gave me a late check out last minute, with no charge

visited on a very busy weekend so there was a bit of waiting around at the bar and for breakfast

it was amazing start to finish loved the complimentary procesco and breakfast was fabulous

no toast at breakfast everything else was ok.

the bar and restaurant are lovely, and being just across the street from the rooms it makes it very

staff was great - had a lovely last night at the bar chatting the night away with our bartender - when we left the next morning the checkout gave us

was not much of a bar area but we got to sit at our allocated table, due to covid restrictions, which was

rooms were very clean and great to have a late check out time of 11am especially on a sunday

could have done with better lighting going around in the dark from bar to bedrooms .

team were super friendly and really accommodating - they agreed a late check out for us, which we really appreciated and meant we weren't in a rush

fitness & spa facilities were good and a late check out meant i could make the most of them

bed into a table and broke his elbow, after being in a&e until the small hours of the morning, a late check out and complementary breakfast to the room was offered and delivered

not too sure why the 5 parking fee can't be included in the room price- very odd.

the only thing my room didn't have was a kettle & tea making things, but the bar downstairs is 24-hr service, so various drinks are available
