we were graciously granted a late check out due to unexpected circumstances beyond our control.

hotel in a lovely quiet location, clean comfy room with all the amenities needed, good on site parking, friendly helpful staff and a great breakfast, what more could you ask for

the wifi in our room was fast & secure

we were also offered a late check out until our breakdown team arrived which was

wifi a real problem and essential for my work

wasn't an issue for us as we were away to relax and switch off but for those needing it the wifi was very hit and miss

plenty of space for parking added to the pleasure and ease of the visit

the room and available parking was much appreciated.

no charge for an iron and ironing board. a comfortable stay and late check out is a bonus.

we paid in total £126 for a nights stay with late check out and breakfast

location from ricoh arena is within 20 mins good paid option for late check out which we took advantage of

clean rooms, great breakfast, amazing hospitality from staff.
