the banging on my room door to ask was i leaving a hour after i called the front desk for a late check out

was great, just the location of room wasn't , especially it being across from laundry room

staff, they were able to hold our bags a day before check in and the availability of the airport shuttle

didn t eat breakfast, we had a late check out all the staff were very friendly and polite

valentine would not extend to me a late check out and was not professional about it or accommodating in any type of way

vacuuming at 8 am or 9 woke me up,why have late check out 12 when you woke up by vacuuming up against your door in hallways

all staff was friendly and i was given a late check out when i explained my late flight issue

we appreciate how quickly management were able to shuttle us in as well as making sure we were satisfied

as soon as i booked i called foe the shuttle and it was there in 15 mins to pick me up

i also tried to use the laundry, but it only takes quarters

staff was nice laundry was cheap not 5 stars but comfortable and affordable

we requested a late check out due to a marathon and they were very understanding

they were very accommodating and allowed me an early check in and late check out

i also needed a very late check out and the gm colleen perez did me a huge favor by letting me check out at 3

staff, but seriously undermanned in the kitchen

used the gym a few mornings and it was well equipped

(+)menu had a good selection great location in center city nice room design, clean and comfortable gym a (+)perfect location, rooms and decent gym. lots of space. (+)gym was the best i have ever seen in any hotel

there isn't a mini bar in the room, however you can get things in the lobby and there is a big selection

very confortable king sized bed the staff was super nice, and accepted to give me a late check out to give me time to shower after my marathon

it was clean and people were polite and helpful. they accommodated our late check out.

the size of the room and the gym

room service was among the best i have seen

wifi connection comes and goes, very bad. asked to have it fixed but it did not help at all.

good sized room, good closet, had bathrobes, excellent water pressure, and when i ordered room service, they were prompt and gave me the cutest little jar of jam and a tiny little tabasco

specifically wanted a hotel with a pool

also like the late check out time, i don t feel rushed to leave, i could sleep a little later

as an ihg member we were given a late check out which was really helpful to our travel arrangements the rooms were very spacious and

clean place, friendly staff, good breakfast. it was noisy at night, but the location was great!

the shower had great water pressure and the 7th-floor pool was a great place to relax

com i recieved constant emails from the hotel during the stay about upgrading for $56 or late check out also for $56, which just felt like they were trying to get more money from us

the kitchen and we were charged 200$ for deposit, 45$ to park with no hotel credit, and asked for late check out and got charged $305 when i only paid $--- for the whole night

the lobby, bar and restaurant area have a very hip vibe, they are comfortable and interesting spaces

they weren't allowing late check out and the best thing about a vacation is sleeping in.
