it's right on the river and the blue heron restaurant and bar on the property has great food and friendly people

and we had driven 12 hours straight, so he paid half of the daily rate extra for early arrival/late departure

the pool wasn't clean. so we couldn't swim.

the kitchen light fixture only had one light bulb working and was about ready to fall off the ceiling

the room was nice and clean! the bed was so comfortable! we enjoyed the breakfast choices!

arrived very late, the bar being open was a welcome site, but the bartender went above and beyond to be

close to airport and they have a shuttle to the airport

staff was very friendly and so were the shuttle drivers

pool water could have been a little warmer.

they were very accommodating to my late check out and always greeted me when i came and left

lobby, gym were impeccably clean

between reception and shuttle driver could have been more timely

i was also impressed with the gym - it was large and clean

i had to take the airport shuttle which left at 4:30 am and it was right on time

they allowed children in the gym who were playing around on the equipment and blocking adults from actually using the facilities

pool, excellent continential breakfast, the kids loved the free lollipops, and i loved the unlimited coffee

allowed a late check out that we definitely needed after being awake all night in the very noisy hotel

it gets quite hard to cut fruits (specially for kids) with the disposable knife

loved how clean the entire hotel was, from the lobby, to the rooms, to the pool area, and the breakfast area

we had one in the room, didn't make sense that there wasn't one in the kitchen
