and we had driven 12 hours straight, so he paid half of the daily rate extra for early arrival/late departure

the pool wasn't clean. so we couldn't swim.

the kitchen light fixture only had one light bulb working and was about ready to fall off the ceiling

the room was nice and clean! the bed was so comfortable! we enjoyed the breakfast choices!

breakfast was good and hot.

i requested a late check out online but was told there was no record of it

we were next to the pool but on the top floor and could hear the people clearly from our room

no more glass glasses or good breakfast utensils now just ordinary

swiming pool was unclean

i really enjoyed the outdoor pool

rates fluctuated massively during the stay and although they have a posted late check out policy where you pay $5 an hour, they don't honor it and the second you are late,

arrived very late, the bar being open was a welcome site, but the bartender went above and beyond to be

shuttle service and front desk personnel top notch!,

due to covid the bar restaurant and pool were all closed which they did not inform me of they just had signs posted

staff was very friendly and so were the shuttle drivers

they were very accommodating to my late check out and always greeted me when i came and left

breakfast was nicer than we expect from this type of hotel

i did not get to try the gym but i was able to use the business center

i didn't eat the breakfast i had an appointment. parking was great
