unfortunately, we lived in the other building which does not have a laundry room and front desk

on the other hand, i paid the extra for the spa tub at the room and in the pictures looked a little bit bigger and this one was small

needed an early check in because of a wedding and the staff accommodated us cheerfully

to check in online very friendly staff accommodated a late check out very short drive to silvertip golf

i would recommend this hotel and spa as a relaxing place to spend a weekend in canmore

it could have been better as well if the room is a little bit bigger so my kids have more space to play around

we arrived 4 hours early with the intention of just dropping off our bags but were allowed early check in as our room

- we wanted to wash our clothes, so we had to go to an atm, get coins, do the laundry

the staff were absolutely wonderful in giving us a late check out so we could shower after the race

to use the spa / hot pool in the sister hotel next door, there was a river just at the back of the hotel, the

also had access to their laundry but we didn't use either service
