hardworking staff cleaned the dishes and was extremely accommodating with room upgrade and late check out

wish the place had a pool, but besides that all was well

everything, nice place to stay very clean with full amenities incluing laundry in every suite

our room had 3 bedrooms and a big living space, kitchen, pull out sofa bed, 2 bathrooms

kitchen was more equipped than i thought it would be - a great surprise

late check out and coffee & eggs benny delivered to your door in the morning were perfect details

breakfast was delicious, bed was comfortable, late check out option

it would have been better if there's a road sign showing the parking lot to this inn

there were mosquitos in the bathtub from the time i checked in and even after room service came in to clean the room

to check in online very friendly staff accommodated a late check out very short drive to silvertip golf

happy hour in the bar area was good too

a beautiful picture showing the nordic spa that is still under construction or in plans, and the pool was also under construction at the basement

was super nice and the late check out time was a good bonus

we booked this room for the spa tub assuming the hot tub would be busy, and it definitely paid off

the pool and spa were under maintenance

husband hit the gym and was happy too

comfort of the suite complete with kitchenette and the picture perfect scenery when i looked out the window

property was dated and the kitchen utensils were lacking abit, we also had noisy neighbours for a few nights

given the reception is 24 hrs maybe they could extend the guest laundry times

staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with a late check out, as i have ms and cancer and mornings are very hard for me some mornings

we asked for a late check out and our room was called just before 11am asking when we were leaving even though

they let us do a late check out

they did not ask for additional charge for the late check out

room was stunning - huge and lovely and warm . great location ! laundry facility too

and help us, including keeping our room free in case we had to stay another night and arranging a late check out
