staff on reception waived late check out fee as i hadn't been advised i would be charged so that was kind

also complimentary wifi too

was nice that it had a bar and restaurant in house, the staff were very happy and seemed to enjoy their jobs

location, pub, room was big and parking available

we arrived annoyingly late for the bar staff as they were preparing to go home

early check in was available and door for out of hours

safe and private parking which was great for our bikes

breakfast was tasty and they even accommodated a late check out for us which was so appreciated

some cigarette butts outside the room on the patio that could of been cleaned up first as the kids started touching

the noise from the people above us was terrible you could hear every movement so it kept our kids awake
