pool area could be nicer

swimming pool and gym were nice and clean

the wifi speed was very poor

and hard working, the restaurant was clean and the food was excellent, the swimming pool & spa was clean and well maintained

were very accommodating with late check out, at an extra cost, and were very friendly and welcoming

misunderstanding with the check out, booked & paid for a late check out but this wasn’t communicated internally

food was exceptional, location fabulous, friendly attentive staff, bar staff accommodating

paid £142 for this stay plus an extra £10 for a late check out - a complete rip off quite honestly

it was easy and cheap to book late check out at 1pm

kids obviously liked the fact it had a mc donald’s

rooms layout overall is great if you travel with kids as there are an annex inside the room

loved the family room offset twin room for the kids was ideal and views were beautiful

we asked for a late check out and the staff were more than accommodating and it was at no extra cost

think in the dining areas they could be separated, maybe main restaurant dog free but allowed in bar dining area

bar and restaurant is great with loads of choices and good food

stoves in bar and dining were great after long climbs and hikes

comfortable room and bed, clean bathroom, nice bar downstairs with a fireplace

early check in and late check out was fantastic

could not do enough for us and were really nice with our kids
