my room (king suite) was equipped with a full kitchen including a full size of refrigerator and the king bed was firm and very comfortable

walls were thin and there was a lot of noise from kids running up and down hall.

they have been so accommodating in all our requests including changing layout for our kids sleeping, holding our packages for us in between our two stays, printing our paperwork and

great food & drinks at the rooftop bar, and the hotel gives you a $30 credit for the rooftop bar each day due to some tax fee you have

really appreciate the early check in from the lovely guy behind the desk (sorry i didn’t get his name) we arrived super

as we had a late flight the staff very kindly allowed us a late check out

we requested for late check out coz our flight was almost midnight, they are very accommodating of our requests

gym was too small and basic

is a small hotel so facilities are limited (no bar, dining room for breakfast only and very small gym)

the lack of artificial chemical smells from laundry detergents or cleaning products was a real bonus for us & they also made attempts to

free breakfast and late check out
