the view from my room was lovely and it was very quiet away from the noise of the bar area

the bar was very nice and locals were friendly

i am therfore turning this box into a positive until i have said enough to turn the bar gree

the room was a decent size and clean, the staff very welcoming and attentive, the bar downstairs serves excellent ale and the gardens have a lovely view of the canal

it has everything you need, the kitchen, has cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster,kettle

it was all clean tidy nice food lovely fire in the bar staff very friendly

hospitality was excellent, the food was above expectation, and a warm welcome in the bar with open fire and an open fire with breakfast , exceptional value for

the restoration on the old stables is lovely, the bar room is cozy and welcoming a the staff were attentive and helpful

highlight of each visit is meeting up with the really excellent sharon on reception, breakfast, kitchen and entertainment departments

pleased with everything just feel like the kitchen could be better equipped with things like sharp knives for

needs to be a curtain on the back door to stop anybody looking into the kitchen and lounge through the plain glass

is was not a well equipped kitchen, bit fir the price it was good enough and surpassed our expectations

the toasters need a good clean, there are crumbs all round the edge, bin in the kitchen could do with a clean

room was dirty inc bathroom and kitchen, blinds broken , dirty bedding, and toilet looked like it wasn't cleaned for along time

sarah at breakfast was a huge help and really looked after us

quality of the room service food for the amount it cost

loads of parking and a nice little hotel gym

so the fact it the hotel was slightly out of view was perfect for us to park it overnight to split our long journey

kitchen is well-equipped too

kitchen well fitted, lovely lounge area with fire & tv, the beds were very comfy and we all had a

downstairs nice lounge, comfy sofas, fully equipped kitchen with dining table & downstairs toilet

coffee & tea sachets with the usual kettle, these days you expect expresso coffee machines in the kitchen

room we stopped in was next to extraction fans for the kitchen

was so lovely and extremely helpful, we arrived to the hotel at 4am and she helped us to get a late check out free of charge and check in went smoothly

beds were so comfortable and a lovely breakfast before our flight
