do with better kitchen equipment, not many pots and the tin opener didn't work

spotlessly clean, towels and bath robes a nice touch and also the lovely bathroom toiletries and kitchen pack

fact that linen & towels are supplied along with a little box of kitchen cleaning products tea coffee etc

could have been more shelving in the kitchen area and shower room and a few hooks would have proved useful

rooms were very clean and had all the bedding, towels and kitchen equipment you could desire

comfortable and clean, lovely grounds, great breakfast, a cosy bar and easy parking

from the well equipped room, the incredibly comfortable four poster bed and the spa bath, it was one of the best we've stayed in

booked the 1 bed cottage, great for what we needed, parking outside, cute, warm & comfy, beautiful surroundings, great walks along the nith river and

delicious food both at dinner and breakfast

so peaceful and plenty of lovely walks and adventures exploring for the kids

kitchen sink seemed to be brand new

just lacked one or two kitchen implements and shampoo.

t my room was absolutely fine with good bed, shower, tv, kitchen area

the kitchen area needed updated but that was discussed with the very helpful staff

the only problem i had was after drinking tap water from the kitchen, i kept on vomitting all day

we all had plenty of space with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen area

spotlessly clean, comfortable and added bonus of kitchen.

we were a group of 3, and were given a big 3 bedroom apartment (+kitchen, two bathrooms) for a great price

we had to wash all dishes in kitchen before we could use them. forks were filthy.

great variety of choice and staff were very attentive as was the gentleman how worked the evening bar and cooked our pizza perfectly

hotel was lovely they didn’t have a bar but there was complimentary tea and coffee at the reception aswell as in your

fantastic free laundry in the basement (buy wash tablets at reception) and tumble driers

pillows noise from outside the building as very central location strong smell from the kitchen noisy

the food was top drawer, the kitchen team were impressive to watch fair play my only gripe would be our initial room was tiny

of it paul front of house reception staff kitchen staff bar staff and restaurant staff all amazing absolutely best time for mums

very good breakfast , friendly staff. i loved the open kitchen.

i do think in with the price the soft drinks in the mini bar such as tiny cans of pop & bottled water should be free of charge though
