the heavy reliance of paper for ordering food which had to go a long way to the kitchen each time

stairs are a little challenging both to get up to the apartment and then to the kitchen area if you are carrying a baby or buggy however this was outlined before the booking being

breakfast was good and one day something broke in the kitchen so we were able to go to pednolva for breakfast which was a bonus

access on and off the bus was easy,the bar maid on arrival was very kind and helpful

not fantastic, would have loved to have seen more vegetarian options on the cooked menu but the kitchen did something specially for us

the hotel itself has a very good public facilities, cafe, restaurant, swimming pool, gym, and a games room

for kids

there's a lovely cafe and restaurant and a good pool

we enjoyed the food at the restaurant (bit pricey though) it would be nice if there was a kids menu with lower prices for a plain burger £20 is a lot

especially considering kids having excellent time with the interactions and the importance shown by the hotel management
