the bar could be in a better place

a bit of revamp the inspector needs to put back some love and care the bar is very sparse breakfast is disappointing, expensive and very small

disappointed with no safe for valuables and no mini bar in room

bar area no atmosphere, and you had to use the same steps

besides the staff- the lounge sitting area and bar in the hotel are extremely quiet, to the point to where you could hear a pin drop and it’s a

kitchen staff came up trumps with my intolerance of

e to a communication problem in the kitchen)

the kitchen did extend the time until after 6pm so that i could find something to eat and it was

waited an hour for our dinner main course

had been forgotten as a waitress came over and said she would chase our breakfasts and so the kitchen made up our food quickly and unfortunately the eggs were burnt and crispy on the bottom and

location, great to have the garden space, comfortable, clean, well appointed kitchen

very tasteful decor, comfortable and spacious studio with our own kitchen area

room is large with living area and kitchenette

a washing up bowl in the kitchen sink might be a good idea and save water when washing up a few things

we had a studio apartment and particularly liked having the kitchen facilities

having the kitchen area with fridge and small freezer space was really useful

nice interior and outdoor patio, spacious, very clean, fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook proper meals

lovely open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge with comfy sofas and a well equipped kitchen

kitchen has all the necessary utilities was a perfect fir for our family

room with en suite shower and small kitchen, nice soft furnishings, felt very secluded

kitchen was well stocked with utensills etc

rooms lovely, beds comfortable & breakfast excellent

early check in was agreed and no extra cost so i made a donation to the staff tip box

clean rooms, laundry and new bathroom

com, our breakfast wasn't included in the deal

we were surprised how expensive it was to do a load of laundry.

the kitchen was amazing had everything you need

towels were provided as were some toiletries per bathroom and a little welcome box in the kitchen containing a dish towel, an eco soap, a dishwasher tablet and some tea and coffee to help

comfy bed. lovely spa tub. we'll equipped kitchen. everything we needed.

the heavy reliance of paper for ordering food which had to go a long way to the kitchen each time

not good quality *ticking noise all night from locked cupboard *kitchen could do with more utensils, cutlery and a non stick frying pan - stainless steel one had

the cleanliness of their kitchen can be improved further.

there were slight issues with food service from the kitchen, but the waiting staff were very good

pool and gym were fantastic
