a super comfortable and thoughtfully laid out room and a lovely bar and restaurant

coffee machine in the room was a tassimo.....perfect. the bar was cosy and very comfortable

unable to gain access so had to return to bar to get any assistance - turns out its 4 newly erected shepherds huts overlooking the car park -

the poor barmaid came and rubbed the floor with a flat mop with a cleaning bottle attached to it which was

access on and off the bus was easy,the bar maid on arrival was very kind and helpful

bit of loud talking outside early morning from kitchen area 0650 but accept it is a working pub so not a problem

i even asked for a packed lunch to help me on my walk and the kitchen were very happy to help

castle, garden and parks do not extend to the house but it was spacious, it had two bathrooms, a kitchen, perfect parking facilities which is in itself a luxury item in st

we stayed in a large one bedroom apartment with a kitchen and lounge- it was superb

self catering unit - loved the upstairs lounge /kitchen arrangement

i really couldn't fault the beautiful bedrooms , lounge and separate kitchen diner

very impressed by the size and facilities in the kitchen and it was well styled and spotlessly clean

breakfast was good and one day something broke in the kitchen so we were able to go to pednolva for breakfast which was a bonus

we heard later they were short staffed in the kitchen: an explanation and apology would have gone a long way

cooked breakfast took very long time to come out of the kitchen

not good quality *ticking noise all night from locked cupboard *kitchen could do with more utensils, cutlery and a non stick frying pan - stainless steel one had

in the island suite, overall it was great but there were lots of greasy finger prints on the kitchenette doors, also a coffee/tea spill on the wall in the bedroom that was missed

there were slight issues with food service from the kitchen, but the waiting staff were very good

more kitchen accessories for cooking would be an advantage like pots and oven trays

the kitchen was amazing had everything you need

towels were provided as were some toiletries per bathroom and a little welcome box in the kitchen containing a dish towel, an eco soap, a dishwasher tablet and some tea and coffee to help

comfy bed. lovely spa tub. we'll equipped kitchen. everything we needed.
