family room was excellent and the kids particularly enjoyed the toy box that was in the room too

wanted to charge £60 for buffet breakfast for two adults and two kids

loved the hotel, especially the room. use of the spa and pool was a bonus.

initially felt like i was at the wrong place as the bar is located on the first floor and i expected to walk

very comfortable rooms, great location and the staff were very good, particularly the bar staff.

the car parking is convenient and free and wifi is good

we got a puncture when we were about to leave they helped us sort out the rac and gave us and the kids free

no room service for food after 10pm but fully understand there are national staffing issues.
