lovely rooms and free parking while away on holidays. close to the airport.

tidy quiet, modern close to restaurants, shopping centre, excellent pub, parking

the fact there was a microwave, laundry with dryer and washing machine (coin operated) and ice machine on our

pics had a spa but didn't get one with this room

but friendly staff and ample parking

perfect location, close to busy beaver airport parking to break the journey for the next day travel north along

beds were so comfortable, clean and tidy unit, kids enjoyed a bath

plenty of parking

quick and delicious room service delivery

location was easy to find with plenty of parking, checking in and out took not even 2 minutes, the property was

parking secured, having the hotel adjoined was so handy; meals that we had were well presented

room service food was very reasonably priced and good too

ok free parking clean many foods around hotel

great spa and comfy bed!

neat & comfortable room, off street parking. easy to access.

complex needs more parking

spa was great

poor wifi uncomfortable bed poor outdoor lighting

there was just the bar staff downstairs if an issue

bar fridge in our room wasn't very cold, which is not a big deal unless you're wanting to store

room was opposite the guest laundry (2nd floor)

reception, and the bar has limited hours if you need to speak with someone

also the restaurant had great food for room service purposes

nice room, great wifi

there was a gorgeous spa in the room but no plug. would have paid extra for the spa.

we booked we thought we were booking a room with a kitchenette as we were staying for 4 nights

there was a tangle of hair in the bathtub which room service may have missed during cleanup

car parking on site, safe and secure

shampoo and soaps were horrible and no body wash only bar soap which wasn t nice at all

laundry was downstairs, under building parking was locked up, nice wee swimming pool and chill area that the

bar meals weren t good value, no room service, relatively poor access to public

the bar closed a bit too early and my colleagues and i were enjoying a drink and a chat.

we did some laundry in the hotel and the staff was super helpful with washing powder and coin exchange

were very friendly, room facilities were wonderful and room service breakfast was delicious

comfotable bed, clean. room service.

having the washbasin in the middle of the room, set into an almost kitchen space did not allow for makeup

they also need to stop letting the door to the laundry room slam each time they go through there, no one needs

wifi was down when doing my checkins on arrival
