pool and sauna were a hit for the kids, great that the pool was heated

also the gym and sauna level is pretty nice

had to pay for wifi

spa will be opening in 2025, but i suggest to improve the gym, make it bigger if possible

breakfast buffet is pricey but worth it, pool was a winner for the

fab area close by with shops, cinema and bar on site

the gym is very good and also with an amazing view

the hotel is beautiful. love the suites and the pool.

had to advise reception of a very noisy family next to our room as the little kids where still playing and

breakfast was chaotic as there was no obvious spot to order from the

we enjoyed drinks in the grand bar downstairs as well

the room upgrade, complimentary champagne, super friendly and helpful staff, and the beautiful pool and spa

very well equipped gym

also i didn t enjoy the chicken burger in the lobby bar but that is me

was delighted to be upgraded to a westin spa studio upon check-in

no one answered the phone when i tried to order room service.

efficient laundry service

think the reliance on food delivery while appreciated, for a couple, it s not the ideal room service experience

i would have liked a gym on site

only thing was the wifi connection when streaming ,however it wasn t a big deal.

loved the happy hour free drinks in the bar - super sociable

only minor, but the wifi was patchy in the room.

free wifi, comfortable bed, great shower and bathroom facilities

staff, spacious rooms, all very clean and lots of freebies like happy hour and laundry

i found it slightly annoying to have to remember the wifi password from the lift, but it wasn t a big deal

if you are a long way and a long time away from home, there is a convenient laundry room to catch up on cleaning

there was no restaurant or room service or facilities to eat

would be nice to see restaurant or coffee bar opened in foyer rather than empty bar/kitchen area currently

i had to do a bit of work and the wifi (free) was great

pity no in-house bar or kitchen for room service but plenty around the area so no big deal

the gym was a little warm

no atmosphere nor people in the bluestone bar when we went in for drinks and cheese platter sunday

room presentation and room service were impeccable

whole experience - the staff at reception, concierge, room service, cleaning restaurant and chefs

broken tv remote and lack of wifi and other

the spa was dirty and there was a used bar of soap in the shower

wifi was a disaster

they advertise a restaurant and bar on booking, but that is non-existent

parking facilities are great and easy to find/access

i also liked that you get a 10aud-voucher for the restaurant if you don't require room service

even having a board games bar across the street is awesome

kids and husband kept me awake snoring, finding teeth

very clean modern room with comfortable beds, and it's good to know that there's an extensive room service menu

loved the chromecast and wifi too

we also enjoyed exploring the local parklands and albert park golf course for some mini golf
